If you refer a real estate agent to us, you'll get a 10% discount on all photo sessions for 3 months! Your discount starts after the referred real estate agent completes their first session. If you refer more than one real estate agent, the discount period will extend cumulatively, adding an additional 3 months for each new referral, starting from the last completed referral date. Discounts are cumulative, meaning you can extend your discount period with each new referral.

Payment for our services is due during the closing phase of the house sale. Before we can proceed with providing our services, it is mandatory for you to sign an agreement with us. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the services provided and the payment terms.

If your property is situated more than 40 miles from our office, an advance travel fee of $30 will be applied to cover the additional travel expenses. This fee is required upfront to ensure we can provide our services to your location without any delay.

We pride ourselves on our efficiency and understand the importance of timely delivery. You can expect to receive your photos the next business day following the shoot. However, if you require the photos on the same day of the shoot, we offer a same-day delivery service for an advance fee of $50. This ensures you can have your photos as quickly as possible to meet any urgent needs.
